About us

We buy and hold clothing stock in our own warehouse, and we let approved resellers sell it to their customers without holding inventory themselves. When a reseller's customer orders, we pick, pack and dispatch the parcel directly — the reseller never touches the goods.

Payment is collected on delivery by the courier and remitted to us. Resellers are paid from the reconciled settlement, not from the delivery scan.

• One warehouse, one stock pool — so listed sizes and colours are genuinely available.
• Variant-level stock control with reservations, so two resellers cannot oversell the last item.
• Every stock change and every money movement is recorded and auditable.
• Customer data belongs to the reseller who brought the customer; we use it to deliver the parcel.

We are not a public retail marketplace. There is no consumer checkout: our catalogue is public so that resellers can see what we stock, but buying and pricing are reserved for approved resellers.
