Privacy policy

• Your name, email address and mobile number.
• Your business name, address and National ID number, for approval and payout compliance.
• Your orders, shipments, wallet movements and support history.
• Sign-in metadata: the time and IP address of your last login.

• Name, mobile number and delivery address — only what is needed to deliver and support the parcel.
• We do not build marketing profiles of your customers and we do not sell their data.

• To approve resellers and prevent fraud.
• To pick, dispatch and track orders, and to hand the courier what it needs to deliver.
• To calculate earnings, reconcile courier settlements and process withdrawals.
• To keep an audit trail of financial and stock movements, as required for accounting.

• Our staff, only within the permissions their role grants.
• The courier, only the delivery details needed for the parcel.
• Never another reseller. Orders, customers, addresses and wallets are scoped to the owning account and that is enforced server-side.

• Passwords are stored hashed; we never see them and never ask you for them.
• Traffic is protected in transit, and access to private pages is authorised on every request.
• Financial records are append-only, so history cannot be quietly rewritten.
• We do not put customer phone numbers or addresses into public URLs or application logs.

Order, settlement and wallet records are retained for accounting and dispute purposes. Sign-in metadata is kept for security review. If you ask us to close your account, we keep only what we are required to retain and remove the rest.
