Draft pending legal review
This is the operating policy the platform enforces in software. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer
and is published here as the current working terms.
1. Accounts and approval
- Registering creates an application, not an account with trading rights.
- Only approved, active resellers may view private pricing, place orders or request withdrawals.
- We may reject, suspend or close an account for false information, abuse, or unpaid obligations.
- Suspended and rejected accounts keep access to their status page and to any outstanding balance.
2. Pricing
- You set your customer's selling price within the minimum and maximum we publish per product.
- Prices are validated on our servers. A price that breaches the published range is rejected, whatever the browser sends.
- Once an order is placed, the price, product and cost are frozen on that order and cannot be edited.
3. Stock
- Stock is held at size and colour level. Availability shown is what the warehouse can actually ship.
- Stock is reserved when an order is accepted; an order we cannot fulfil is cancelled and the reservation released.
- Damaged or returned goods are excluded from sellable stock until inspected.
4. Payment, deposits and settlement
- Cash on delivery is collected by the courier and remitted to us on the courier's cycle.
- Your earning is calculated as cash collected, less your product cost, less the actual courier charge, less the COD fee.
- A shipping deposit is an advance against the delivery charge. It is applied once; any unused part is credited back to your wallet.
- Earnings remain pending until the courier settlement is reconciled and approved. A delivery scan is not settlement.
- Where a settlement variance is found, the shipment enters an exceptions queue and funds are not released until it is resolved.
5. Returns, refusals and failed delivery
- Refused or undeliverable parcels are returned to our warehouse and quarantined.
- Reverse-logistics charges are recorded against the order and deducted according to the published policy.
- Restocking only happens after inspection; items that fail inspection are not returned to sellable stock.
6. Wallet and withdrawals
- Balances are held in separate pending, available, held and withdrawn buckets.
- Requesting a withdrawal holds the amount so it cannot be spent twice; a rejected request releases the hold.
- The ledger is append-only. Corrections are made with compensating entries, never by editing history.
- We do not permit manual balance edits.
7. Customer data
- You are responsible for having your customer's consent to share their name, phone number and address with us for delivery.
- We use that data to fulfil and support the order, and never expose it to another reseller.
- Customer contact details are never published in public URLs or logs.
8. Conduct
- No false or misleading claims about the products or about us.
- No resale of reseller access, and no automated scraping of the catalogue.
- Accounts abusing rate limits, probing for other resellers' data, or attempting to alter prices or balances may be suspended immediately.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and the published price and charge rules. Material changes are announced in the reseller portal before they take effect.
